Exercise – Free Online Workouts

Fitness Blender – Daniel and Kelli are the husband and wife team behind Fitness Blender, a site that offers a huge selection of full-length videos that allow you to exercise at home without equipment. Here you will find fat-burning workouts, kickboxing routines, total body strength training, workouts for boosting metabolism, stretching sequences, and more.

Spark People – shares short videos for all different types of home workouts, no equipment required. There are several categories – abs, cardio, yoga and pilates, as well as others that dive into healthy cooking and eating ideas. These workouts are great when you are pinched for time. Choose a 10-12 minute routine and squeeze in some activity where you normally would have skipped it altogether.

Exercise Games and Indoor Activities to Get Kids Moving – We’ve put together a list of 25 easy indoor exercise ideas to do with kids at home. Code – is a website focused on coding and app writing. A site with high-quality courses, Code also features learning options for kids. In addition to kid-friendly courses, Code offers free online education classes on a wide variety of technology topics. These classes include app writing, robotics and Javascript. Most of the courses are also geared in such a way that they can be useful in a classroom setting. This makes Code a great resource for harder to find coding topics, as well as various learning settings.

Coursera – is a website that partners with universities and organizations around the world. This brings a wide variety of topics and perspectives to one searchable database.
Coursera is a powerful tool for free online education and includes courses from many top universities, museums and trusts. This gives the site an extremely wide range of in-depth courses. Coursera is extremely useful if you’re looking to study many different topics or want courses from different schools and groups. https://www.coursera.org/

Alison – is a free education site offering certification in some areas. Alison offers courses mainly in business, technology, and health, but also includes language learning courses. East Sussex College is offering free online courses – adults can use to train or upskill during the lockdown. The college, which has a campus in Kings Drive, is offering the short courses through its online training centre Grasp Learning. Adults, aged 19 and over, are encouraged to gain a new qualification during this difficult time.
